Being in a relationship when you're famous has got to suck (bye-bye, any remaining privacy!), especially if the other person in the relationship with you is also famous, so you can't really blame Rihanna for wanting to keep whatever she's doing and whoever she's doing it with under wraps. For a while now, there's been a ton of speculation as to whether or not she's in a relationship, and if she is, if it's with Leonardo DiCaprio or Drake. On Sunday, both Drake and Rihanna appeared at the VMAs, and after he made a lovely speech about how fabulous she is, and gave her a truly excellent gift, he tried to kiss her on the mouth, and she gave him her cheek instead. (To be clear, she in no way owed him a public kiss, but the lack of one led everyone to believe the two were not, in fact, together.)
But wait! On Tuesday night in Miami, the pair was spotted at a club celebrating Drake's sold-out show at American Airlines Arena, and they acted like a full-on couple, complete with kissing, dancing and neck rubbing, apparently uninterested in hiding their togetherness. According to a source, Rihanna seemed "totally comfortable and natural" with Drake, and the two stayed out until 4 a.m. with their famous friends, including Flo Rida, Future and Lil Wayne.
While this isn't the first time they've been spotted being affectionate in public (they behaved similarly in Miami earlier this year when Drake supported Rihanna at the after-party for her concert), it's the first time in a while, and it pretty much confirms the rumors that the off-and-on couple are back on. Whenever these two have performed on stage together, folks have remarked on how much natural spark is between them, and it looks like those who dreamed of a reunion between the performers have gotten their wish.
The 2016 MTV VMAs air this Sunday, and there's no better way to honor the show than to relive the best moments from 2015.
Needless to say, it was very entertaining; in fact, it might be difficult to top. With Miley Cyrus as the host, there were tons of LOL, OMG and WTF moments throughout the night. So let's get this party started! Here are the most unpredictable - and a couple of predictable - things that we'll never be able to erase from our memories.
Ruling: Come on, people. She's the Queen of Controversy. This was oh, so, predictable.

Justin Bieber started crying, and it wasn't staged
This blew me away. For the first time, I actually kind of felt for the guy. He gave the VMA performance his all; you could tell he wanted to impress everyone. He does deserve some kudos: He was really singing! It was very apparent, thanks to all the heavy breathing happening into the mic. But despite that, I liked his new song, "What Do You Mean?", and I was pleasantly surprised by his whole performance (I was hesitant to admit that). Maybe this guy really is growing up. I don't have #BieberFever yet, but he could sway me if he keeps on being genuine. Ruling: really, really unpredictable.
Taylor Swift made a Kanye West "I'mma let you finish" joke
Ya, ya, ya, we all knew that was coming. We didn't know Taylor Swift was presenting the Vanguard Award to him, though. Makes sense. She likes to publicly squash her beef with fellow performers (cough, cough, performing with Nikki Minaj). Ruling: predictable.

Kim Kardashian's nipple was on full display
It was a bit nipple-y when I was on the red carpet earlier in the night, but if this is any indication, MTV needed to amp up the heaters at L.A. Live. Then again, Kim K's pregnant; I'm sure that's a side effect. Even Miley Cyrus made a little jab about Kim K.'s nipples, exclaiming that was going to be one lucky baby.

Someone made us flashback to the infamous Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake denim outfits
I feel like this happens every year, which I'm fine with. I don't mind revisiting the fantastic years that were JT and Britney, bitch. The flashback at the 2015 VMAs was courtesy of Pharrell and his wife. Who wore it better? You tell us! Ruling: unpredictable.

Nick Jonas grabbed his crotch for screaming, prepubescent fans
I would like to personally thank him for this. He knows it's one of his best assets. I've already contributed 1,473 views to this video. Ruling: predictable, and on replay.
I mean... I have no words. He had no complete sentences. It was by far the most baffling thing I've ever seen (aside from the movie The Happening). I will ponder over his speech's meaning for the rest of my life, assuming it had one. Oh, and he called MTV out as he was "thanking" them for the award. Was he thanking them? No, he didn't actually thank anyone. Anyone. That's class. Ruling: predictable.
And it was so awkward! At first, I thought it was staged because Minaj smiled for a second... but then Cyrus responded with a little flip of her dreaded hair, and Minaj looked pissed. Like, she-was-going-to-look-for-Cyrus-backstage, pissed. Ruling: unpredictable, but great, nonetheless.

Rebel Wilson twerked, guuuurl
She did make some pretty tasteless jokes about police brutality, but she twerked as, I'm assuming, a way to make up for the insensitive skit. Nikki Minaj seemed to enjoy it, joining in on the fun. Ruling: unpredictable.

There were so many sex and marijuana jokes
This really wasn't a kid-friendly show. Miley Cyrus talked about marijuana a lot - a couple of times in pre-taped skits with a variety of performers, including Snoop Dogg and Tyga; while taking a selfie, she replaced "cheers" with "saaaay marijuana!" and so on and so on. On top of that, she insinuated to having lesbian experiences with Jared Leto and let Justin Bieber know she'd be into it. I mean... Ruling: predictable.
Miley Cyrus wore some things that I actually want to buy
I even took pictures of my TV because I will either hunt these items down or have them custom made. I already Googled - so far, no luck. But I'm not giving up just yet. Ruling: unpredictable.

MTV successfully bleeped out cuss words out, except one
They were ready for all the foul language Miley was about to drop, but they didn't expect Nikki Minaj to call their host a bitch during an acceptance speech. Oops! Well, we all make mistakes. It's not like we haven't heard the word before. Ruling: unpredictable.
Nikki Minaj's butt was so bootylicious
I rewound my DVR just to get a picture of that thang! Dang, girl. MTV even played "Bootylicious" as she walked up to accept the award. Baby, got back. Ruling: predictable.

Amber Rose's jumpsuit made the perfect statement
I loved this. Amber Rose has been very outspoken lately about bullying. She catered her outfit for the night, and her posse did the same with an LGBTQ spin. Ruling: unpredictable.
Avocados made a strange appearance in the backstage press room
Miley Cyrus made a pit stop in the VMAs press room to pass avocados around. That wasn't on camera, so you're welcome for the insider info, courtesy of journalist Emily Zemler. Ruling: unpredictable.

Demi Lovato slayed the VMAs, inspiring girls everywhere
Her performance was perfection, her body was bangin' and Iggy Azalea crashing the stage was the cherry on top of the cake (get it, there were cherries all over her stage?). Lovato is a huge inspiration for young girls, and to see her owning the VMAs like that was a total blast. Ruling: predictable, because she rocks.

Snowboarder Hannah Teter has literally done it all: she's won Olympic medals in halfpipe-gold in 2006 and silver in 2010-modeled for SI's swimsuit issue and even had an ice cream named after her (Ben & Jerry's “Maple Blondie”). But there's one thing that still bugs her about her career: she didn't make the podium at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, finishing fourth.
“That didn't turn out in my favor,” she said. “I wouldn't call it 'out for revenge,' but I definitely want to end everything with a podium finish.”
So before Teter, 29, pulls the curtain on her competitive career to ride powder into the sunset, she wants to make her fourth Olympic team and end it on the top three steps. To get there, her training includes perfecting her “corks”-inverted, spinning aerials considered the sport's most difficult tricks-to the trampoline to training that will protect her body from injury. And to do the latter, Teter uses a combination of gym work and cross training like mountain biking and standup paddling.
When she does go to the gym, she uses circuit training to keep things fresh, moving from station to station at a high-octane pace. “I've been circuit training since I was 13 years old,” she said. “It's is so good for athletes. It's really fast paced for the body and mind and you have to give it all you have at each station so training doesn't' become monotonous.”
Teter hits the gym twice a week and does six stations. Following a 10-minute warm-up on the bike, she'll usually do each station four times, sometimes three, depending on her energy level on that particular day. She'll change up her stations to keep things interesting, but here's a look at one of Teter's favorite circuit workouts:
1. Burpee or burpee variation
I'll use a bosu ball when I go down to do the pushup to create a more difficult pushup, then as I come up, I raise the bosu ball overhead to get extension, then go back down. I usually do around 10 of those before moving to the next station.
2. Weighted sled pull
Seated or standing, put as much weight as you can handle and then pull it across the room towards you. Depending on how heavy it is, I'll do that a couple of times. It usually takes about 20 seconds each time.
3. One-legged split squat
In the third station, three, I set up a one-legged split squat. Using a 20-pound dumbbell, with my back foot on a bench or box, I squat down with one leg, knee parallel or behind ankle line. You don't want the knee to go over the ankle line because it could strain that joint. I feel that this exercise really tones the leg. I do both sides, about 10-15 reps on each leg.
4. TRX pike push-up
For the fourth exercise I integrate the TRX strap-a strap that hangs with stirrups on each side-and do tight pushups. I set the TRX low to ground, both feet in it, then do the push up and go straight into pike-arching the body into an a-frame position to extend the pushup. I do at least 20 of these. Using the TRX strap and going into pike really helps stabilize and strengthen every part of your upper body.
5. TRX assisted jump
For the fifth part of the circuit I stick with the TRX strap for a TRX-assisted jump. I lengthen the strap to shoulder line. Holding on to it, squat down so your rear is touching the ground. Then jump up-you really want to send it-and then squat as you land, as low as you can go. I do around 15-20 reps of these.
6. Medicine ball work
For the last station, I love doing weighted squats or throws or side throws. Using a 10-pound medicine ball, get in squat position. Squat down low and on the way up, toss the ball against the wall, catch it then squat back down. I do 10-15 of those. As you come up from your squat, you want to throw it straight in front of you. I don't throw it too hard, just enough to intensify the squat.
After completing her rotations through her circuit, Teter likes to finish up her workout by attacking her core with a vengeance.
“All these exercises target the core but I usually give it full, undivided attention with crunches, reaches, cherry pickers or wall climbers," she says. "When you're finished, you should really be worked.”
I was out of work, doing nothing but passing time when I came across an advertisement where you could apply as a volunteer in Blood Donation camp. Long back when I was in college I tried to donate blood but due to underweight I was not able to and after that it never occurred me to donate again so, the ad caught my attention. I dialed in the numbers and volunteered for it.
Late last month, I visited the California offices of Chegg, a higher education company that specializes in helping college students with everything from affordable textbook rentals to online tutoring. Lately, Chegg has committed to gaining a deeper understanding of another subject central to college students' lives: sleep. And as Chegg's CEO Dan Rosensweig and I began a conversation with an audience of Chegg employees, Dan shared the results of a new Chegg survey on the sleep habits of college students.
The survey's findings bring valuable data to a familiar problem: for an alarming number of students, college has been turned into one long training ground for burnout. The motto "sleep, grades, social life: pick two," or some version of this, can be heard on campuses across the country. The combination of academic pressures, social opportunities -- and for many, newfound freedoms and the resulting challenge of time management -- creates an environment where sleep doesn't get the respect it deserves.
So as thousands of young people across the country prepare to head off to college, here are a few findings from the Chegg study -- which surveyed 473 students from a mix of public and private colleges -- that I found most illuminating.
Most students know there is a link between sleeping and academic performance.
Over half of the respondents agreed or strongly agreed with the statement that students who do better in school probably get more sleep. (They're right, of course. A 2014 study by the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota showed that the effect of sleep deprivation on grades is roughly equivalent to binge drinking and drug use.)
And the vast majority of students want to get the sleep they need.
Fully 84 percent said 8 or more hours would be "ideal" on a school night.
But very few are meeting that goal.
Only 16 percent usually get 8 or more hours on a school night, with far more (79 percent) sleeping 5 to 7 hours a night.
Today's college students are constantly connected.
Students overwhelmingly cited time spent online and with electronic devices as significant obstacles to sleep. Asked to name the reasons that keep them from sleeping, 51 percent cited too much time online doing non-school related activities -- second only to having too much homework.
Even in bed.
A whopping 86 percent said they take their devices to bed with them -- for email, texting and other non-school activities. And 90 percent leave their phones on when they go to sleep.
The good news?
Chegg's survey found that most college students have plenty of free time each day (much of it, for better or worse, is spent online). So there's an opportunity for students to set aside some of that time for sleep, whether that means going to bed 30 minutes earlier or finding time during the day for a nap.
And the fact that so many students know how much sleep they should be getting, and are aware of how tethered they are to their devices, is at least a first step in changing habits. As more studies like this emerge -- and as I was researching The Sleep Revolution, I was struck by the sheer number of new studies adding to our understanding of sleep's vital role in every aspect of our lives -- people will be more equipped to make changes, even small ones, to help them get the sleep they need.
That's why HuffPost launched the Sleep Revolution College Tour, and why we continue to tell stories around sleep's impact on our lives -- everything from the military's rediscovery of sleep as an essential tool of judgment to the ways athletes increasingly view it as the ultimate performance enhancer. As we approach the start of another academic year, with all its possibilities, there's no better time than now to renew our relationship with sleep and savor all the benefits it brings.

Who doesn't remember Hanson, the mop-haired boys from Tulsa who rocked the world with "MMMBop" back in the day? Well, get ready for your blast from the past. "Little" Zac Hanson, the younger brother of Isaac and Taylor is a dad again.
Wait, again? If you didn't already know it, the not-so-little-anymore Zac is now 30, married to wife Kate and actually has four - count 'em, four - kids. In fact, Kate gave birth to the couple's fourth child on Saturday, Aug. 6.

Little Mary Lucille Diana Hanson joins big brothers John, 8, and George, 2-1/2, plus big sister Junia, 5. And if you're thinking that's a big name for a little baby, her parents are way ahead of you. She'll apparently go by just Lucille.
Although some parents opt for hiding less popular names in the middle so their kids don't have to use them in public, going by your middle name is something of a trend for the Hanson clan - Isaac's real first name is Clarke, while Taylor is actually Jordan Taylor - and in Hollywood overall. Everyone from (Christopher) Ashton Kutcher to (William) Bradley Pitt have dropped the first name in favor of the second, at least where the public is concerned.
And while the religious Hanson family is not Catholic, using Mary as a first name but calling your daughter by their middle name was once extremely common in the Catholic faith where many girls were named for the Virgin Mary (and boys were named for Joseph).
