Catherine Lowe gets into a heated fight with Sean Lowe on Marriage Boot Camp
In a clip from Friday's episode on WeTV, Catherine Lowe argues with fellow MBC: Reality Star Jimmy "Inkman" Coney. Catherine gets even angrier — but not at Coney. She storms out when she feels her husband, former Bachelor Sean Lowe, hasn't done enough to support her.
More: Did Marriage Boot Camp blame Mama June for Sugar Bear's infidelity?
"Thanks for sticking up for me, Sean," Catherine yells while Sean follows her outside. "Please leave me alone. Please," she says. "You think it's OK for him to mock me?" Seven episodes into the season, are Sean and Catherine playing up their conflict for the Marriage Boot Camp cameras? Or is this petty bickering a facet of their relationship that's not going away anytime soon?
More: Marriage Boot Camp's Sugar Bear deserves criticism but not homophobia
As People reminds us, Sean not supporting Catherine has been an issue before. During an appearance on Divorce Court, he was "found guilty" of not standing up for his wife. As Catherine says during an MBC confessional, "When it's somebody being very disrespectful to your wife, it hurts me so bad that I feel neglected in that moment." If this season doesn't solve their problems, what reality show will the couple have to resort to next?

Common Dieting Mistakes, Solved
Assuming 'good' calories don't count
I constantly see women overdoing it on whole grains because they're good for them. They are so important for your health, but large portions cause weight gain, period. The other day at a Mexican restaurant, I noticed women ordering gigantic bowls of brown rice with beans and chicken and cheese and guacamole, and it took every inch of willpower not to tell them, "Those foods are all good for you, but together they're way more calories than your body needs at one meal!" The truth is, unless you burn off as many calories as you take in, you'll put on pounds. Even fruit and veggies (gasp!) get converted to fat.
RD Rx: Know what your daily portions should be. Here's a plan for a 5-foot-4, 150-pound woman who walks 30 minutes two to three days a week:
4 servings of veggies (1 serving = 1 cup) 4 servings of whole grains (1 serving = a slice of whole-grain bread or a half cup of brown rice) 4 servings of lean protein (1 serving = 3 ounces of meat or a half cup of beans) 4 servings of healthy fat (1 serving = 1 tablespoon of oil or a quarter of an avocado) Ditching a food group (or three)
I'm seeing more women on vegan and gluten-free diets, not for ethical or health reasons but to shed pounds. Thing is, if you don't replace those lost carbs, protein, and fata.k.a. macronutrientsit can lead to weight gain, fatigue, irritability, and digestive issues. You need the Goldilocks approach to macronutrients: not too little, not too much.
RD Rx: Complement a veggie-centric meal with a half-cup of beans, or a couple tablespoons of nuts; get in healthy carbs with gluten-free quinoa or brown rice. You'll see a difference! One vegan client used to eat just raw veggies, oil, and vinegar for dinner. Once she switched to a few cups of roasted veggies with wild rice, herbed lentils, and a few tablespoons of walnutsadding carbs and proteinshe broke her weight-loss plateau (thanks, newly revved metabolism) and vanquished her chronic bloating and fatigue.
Not eating often enough
It may be tempting to "save up" calories for dinner out or the weekend, but that can sap energy, mess with your mood, and force your body to burn muscle for fuelwhich slows your metabolism. One study found that when people ate just one large meal late in the day, they upped their risk of prediabetes. I once had a client who stopped losing weight because she moved her afternoon snack to the eveningwhich meant a seven-hour stretch of no food between lunch and dinner and two rounds of eating at night, when her activity was low.
RD Rx: It's simple: Eat every three to five hours. Once my client moved her snack back to 4 p.m., the scale dial budged again.
Eating your feelings
One woman I work with regularly overate. She had a high-pressure job and a demanding family, and she was a perfectionist with a spotless home. I'll never forget the stunned look on her face when I asked how she felt while overeating. "It feels like reckless abandon, like a moment of freedom," she said. Ta-da!
RD Rx: Keep a log of what you eat, how much, and your feelings before and after. It's an eye-opener; one client saw that she craved crunchy or chewy foods when she was mad at her boss or husband. The trick is to replace eating with other coping mechanisms. The perfectionist started going salsa dancing; the thrill of polishing off a pizza dwindled, and she shrank two sizes in three months.
Doing a quick fix
Every woman I've counseled has tried a fad diet. A drastic low-cal plan sends your body into conservation mode, so you burn calories slower. It can also cause headaches, moodiness, fatigue, cravings, and, of course, only temporary weight loss.
RD Rx: Jot this on a sticky note for your fridge: NO fad diet is good for my health or happiness. Then avoid them like the plague.

Exercises for Women - How to Locate a Fitness Centre or Gymnasium Which Suits You.
Exercises for Women - How to Locate a Fitness Centre or Gymnasium Which Suits You.
So you have decided to stop being a couch potato, do some exercises for women and join a fitness centre however, there are so many to choose from. Fitness centres can motivate people very positively; they should motivate you and not frustrate your goals and objectives. Before you choose a fitness centre you need to make sure that it fits with your needs your personal goals and objectives. However before you start this process you need to identify what is your prime objective in joining a gym in the first place. When you have identified this first goal then you will then work out what it is you really need from the gym you choose. So here are a few tips which you can think about when looking to choose a gymnasium that's best for you.
1. Whereabouts Is This Fitness Centre?
Location is one of the key things that you should be thinking about when trying to find a fitness centre or gymnasium which suits your requirement and provides exercises for women. If the gym is a distance from where you live that could provide you an additional reason why you should not train. Some people make decisions to take exercise but subconsciously they look for excuses why they shouldn't attend. If you have a long distance to travel to the gym that could provide the reason not to go so it's best to find a gymnasium that's near your home.
2. Are the Staff Friendly and Pleasant, Will They Be Able to Help You to Your Goal?
There are certain things you need to find out about the staff at this gymnasium which you're trying to choose. Firstly and perhaps most important do the staff have the skills, expertise and knowledge to work with you. Staff should be qualified, preferably specialists who have been certificated and know how to work with you safely and effectively. Selection of the gym where you are looking at staff available to work with you should be a two-way process. You should be asking questions of the staff and conversely they should also be ascertaining information about you. Have they asked you if you have any physical limitations, do you suffer from any long-term conditions such as diabetes, which obviously will have an effect on your capabilities for carrying out certain exercises. You might be interested in finding out the age of the member of staff that is going to be working with you, is this an aspect that's important to you. If you are a member of the older generation are you happy to work with a young enthusiastic trainer or is the age of the trainer something that you need to take into consideration. Is the trainer's gender important to you? Many ladies prefer to work with a female personal trainer as they feel communication between same-sex is easier than between opposites. Are the training team going to be accommodating, friendly and skilful. Does any of the staff have particular specialties which may be significant for you? Some sports centres have their own dietetics specialists, their own physiotherapists and remedial gymnasts who can offer other fitness aspects to you.
3. What kind of timetables does the Sports Center offer?
Visit the gymnasiums you are interested in and have a look at their timetables. Check that the aspects of fitness training which you are particularly interested in run at a time which is convenient to you. If you work full-time it may be difficult to get to a aerobics session during the afternoon. does the gym offer group sessions or does it only offer one to one. You need to decide on the gymnasium that offers you the sessions you really want to do, don't take second best. You may find that the gymnasium you are looking to select will let you do a try out session to ensure that it fits with your goals and objectives.
4. Are the Facilities and Machines First-Class and Will They Be Offered When It Is Most Suitable to You?
Find out if there is sufficient equipment for all participants to use. Go and view one of the sessions that you anticipate joining and make sure that there are no queues to use machines. One thing you don't want to do is to pay for an expensive gym membership and find that your session is taken up standing in a queue waiting for your turn on a treadmill or exercise bicycle.
5. Is the Gymnasium Well Maintained, Clean and Appears to Be in a Safe Condition?
Machinery and other training facilities should be in a clean and safe condition. If you see a number of out of order signs, it might be something to take into consideration when making your decision. Modern and up to date fitness machines are safer and more comfortable than a lot of older machines so you may wish to take that into consideration. Are the floors cleaned frequently to avoid risk? Is there sufficient room for everyone who is exercising? Also check if the gymnasium is situated in an area which is well lit and is not in a hazardous locality.
6. Are the Members of the Gymnasium Friendly and Could They Be Your Acquaintances or Friends?
The gym is also a place to meet people. Visit the gyms that you are looking at and talk to the members before you apply for membership. Their feedback should significantly influence your decision process, don't forget that some of these members may very well become your friends in the future.
7. What is The Timetable for Activities at the Gymnasium and Will The Timetable Fit Your Exercises for women Schedule?
Find out if there are particular courses which are offered at set times and see if these fit with your personal timetables. It may be that a course that you are particularly interested in does not occur when you are available, this leaves you two options, either to change your personal timetable to fit in with our a course you wish to do or to move on to another gymnasium and look at how their timetables fit.
8. How Much Is Your Membership Going to Cost You?
It obviously is important to know how much it is going to cost you per month and exactly what is provided within that cost. Some gymnasium's have additional costs for use of a sauna or a particular facility and you should ensure that you check the pricing thoroughly. See if they have try before you buy, or money off offers which may allow you to collect further information and inform your choice. You may also be interested to know how long the gymnasium or sports centre has been running and how frequently they raise fees. Frequent increase in fees could leave you severely out of pocket.
9. How Does This Gym Differ from Other Gymnasiums?
Don't just go and look at one sports centre or fitness centre, try and go to look at as many as you can and compare; it' s useful to have a notebook with your personal objectives and your timetable so that you can use a comparative grid to score each of the gymnasiums you visit. This will allow you to create a shortlist of gymnasiums which fit your objectives and your personal requirements. From this shortlist you should be able to make an objective choice.
10. What is Its Reputation?
Take your time to harvest opinions about exercises for women from other members of the gym, have a look at their website, is it well structured, does it explain what is available at the gym. There may be reports in the local media which could give you pointers towards the gymnasium' s reputation.
Choosing a gymnasium is just like shopping for some new Clothes, it's all down to a matter of personal choice, but you would never choose new Clothes on looks alone, size and how the new Clothes fit are of more importance than looks alone. Never feel pressurized when making your choices and don't try to make a decision straightaway, you can always have another look at gyms that you are thinking about and look for more feedback if you are still uncertain which one to choose.

Does Personal Training Work?
The good news is a personal trainer can help you achieve impressive results if you have a positive attitude and are willing to listen to the trainer and do what he or she suggests. This is because trainers will help you when it comes to exercise instructions, tracking your progress and pointing out proper and safe exercise mechanics. All you have to do is show up to the workout and focus your attention on working one on one with your trainer.
The trainer will worry about what you need to accomplish and even provide you with a detailed report of your progress over time; a really neat way to see solid proof that you are achieving your fitness goals.
Another really great reason for hiring a personal trainer; if you prefer not to go to the gym, the 'gym' will come to you. If you lack motivation and don't want to go out in public when you exercise; trainers are bringing their equipment right to your doorstep for your convenience!
Mobile training is another fantastic service offered by some personal trainers and it will prevent you from skipping out on an appointment. It's hard to say no when your trainer knocks on your door. This also prevents the same old excuses you might have for not wanting to exercise and will really help keep you motivated!
Getting the best results depends on you and your trainer becoming a team and working well together. Your trainer will support you but most of the results will depend on you:
1. Showing up to every scheduled session on time, every time
2. Following the exercise directions of your trainer
3. Focusing on the pre workout as directed
4. Following the post workout directions
All of these steps are your responsibility as the client. Results will also take time, especially if you are not cooperating with the trainer. For example if you are showing up to all of your sessions and are performing the exercises but don't follow a healthy nutrition plan, accomplishing your goals will take longer than normal or could undermine all of your efforts.
Results happen faster and can be measured in various ways. Some people report that they see more energy in the first weeks, followed by weight loss, increase in muscle tone and an overall feeling of wellness. All of these things will continue to improve if you maintain a more regimented approach to your responsibilities assigned by your trainer.
I have demonstrated that personal fitness is something that takes time and effort and that results are contingent on your cooperation and dedication. If you are willing to put in the work, time and commitment then personal training will definitely work for you.

The Eagles' hit 'Hotel California' played a big, yet strange, role in my life
Anyone who loves music has a favorite Eagles song. To be honest, mine is "Desperado." I just relate to the lyrics, particularly the line, "You better let somebody love you, before it's too late." Let's just say I spent a good portion of my twenties running away from men.
But the one song that's recurred in my life is "Hotel California." Of course, the song's writers Glenn Frey and Don Henley meant the fictional hotel to be a metaphor, but for what? Much has been written about the song symbolizing the hedonism of Los Angeles or the decadence of the rock-star lifestyle. For me it has a different meaning. For me, hearing the song became a death knell to a relationship. Three times, with three different men. No kidding.

When I was in my twenties, I lived and loved to extremes, sometimes recklessly, though I have few regrets about that decade of my life. I searched for and found lots of adventures, including traveling three times with three men I loved but with whom I couldn't make it work. Please note: The names have been changed to protect the guilty.
1. Chuck the adventurer
Chuck and I had decided to take the vacation of a lifetime and travel to Tanzania, Africa. Both of us had developed an interest in primates and our hope was to visit Jane Goodall's chimpanzees in Gombe. Though the extreme weather prevented us from getting to Gombe, we did go on a traditional safari in the Serengeti.
Because we weren't married at the time, I was told to wear a wedding ring and tell locals we were married, because an unmarried woman traveling with a man may be looked down upon. I was fine with this white lie, but it was too much for Chuck. In the middle of the savanna, as zebra and water buffalo migrated past our vehicle, Chuck felt the need to tell our African safari guide that we were, in fact, not married. The song playing on the radio? "Hotel California" by the Eagles. I was humiliated, but didn't take too much notice of the song that was playing. I just thought it was interesting that a song about California was playing while the man I was with revealed details of my life in California to a stranger. Within a year, Chuck and I had called it quits.
2. Riley the Aussie
Not soon after, I fell for a new man, Riley, and had the opportunity to travel to London for a six-week stay while he worked on an exciting project. I went, but knew the day I arrived it was a mistake. I was on the rebound from Chuck and jumped into this new relationship too soon. I thought the adventure of being in a new city would ease any tension. I was wrong. Within a few weeks, things became a bit icy between us. The moment I won't forget is being in a convenience store and arguing over orange juice. Such a dumb argument, but it escalated because it wasn't orange juice we were really arguing over. The song playing through the ratty convenience store speakers? "Hotel California." But I still didn't realize the song's significance, despite the fact we broke up as soon as I returned home.

3. Jeff the comedian
Another whirlwind romance led to another international trip. Jeff was writing on a comedy show and got three weeks off, and I was flattered he wanted to spend the time with me. Excited, really. I lived in Los Angeles and he in New York, and what I didn't know going into our trip was that he had a girlfriend in New York and had no intention of breaking up with her.
Jeff and I traveled to Morocco and Egypt in Northern Africa. For the most part, we had a great trip and I was feeling optimistic about our chances of staying together until I heard that one song in the back of a cab as we drove through the crowded streets of Casablanca. We both looked at each other, surprised to hear "Hotel California" so far away from home, but that's when it hit me — Jeff and I wouldn't make it and the song was proof. I tried to ignore the implications of the song, but soon enough, he broke things off with me.
Perhaps for me, the song indicated a lonely place in my heart where love couldn't grow. Mostly because I picked men who weren't a good emotional match for me. The line at the end of the song is quite telling. It goes, "You can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave." That line alone seemed to doom my relationships.

The good news is that I did find love. Our first vacation together was to Australia for his sister's wedding and though I kept listening for the Eagles song in fear, I never heard it. We are still together today.
May you forever rest in peace, Glenn Frey.

Overnight sausage and Swiss chard strata is the best use of day-old bread
Overnight sausage and Swiss chard starta is the kind of dish that couldn’t be easier to put together. Do all the prep before bedtime, then wake up, and put it in the oven. In under an hour, breakfast or brunch is served.
You’ll get classic morning ingredients in each bite of this delicious strata. I like to use day-old bread for this dish as the perfect way to use up leftovers. Swiss chard adds great color and a dose of veggies to this egg-based dish.
Overnight sausage and Swiss chard strata recipe
Keep in mind you can bake this dish immediately instead of refrigerating it overnight.
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 45 – 50 minutes | Total time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces breakfast sausage, browned and cut into 2-inch pieces, set aside
- 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup white onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups Swiss chard leaves, torn into 3-inch pieces, stems diced and reserved
- 3-1/2 cups day-old bread, cubed into 2-inch pieces
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
- Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
- Spray a baking dish with the nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside.
- To a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion, and cook for about 3 minutes or until it begins to soften. Add the Swiss chard stems, and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat, and set aside.
- Blanch the Swiss chard in boiling water for a few minutes or until they turn bright green. Remove, and drain. When cool to the touch, squeeze the leaves to remove any remaining liquid. Reserve.
- Add the milk to the beaten eggs, and whisk to combine. Next, add the salt, black pepper and thyme.
- Place a single layer of bread across the bottom of the baking dish. Pour 1/2 the liquid mixture over the bread cubes to moisten all of them. Continue by adding a layer of the sausage, the onion mixture, the Swiss chard and the Parmesan cheese evenly over the bread cubes.
- Add the remaining bread to the mixture, then pour the remaining egg mixture over the bread to moisten it all.
- Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator, and allow to sit for about half an hour. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese, and serve warm.

How Alan Rickman's film roles & acting genius affected my life
More: Celebrity Big Brother in trouble for airing reaction to Bowie's death
If I were to plot my life by impactful theater and film moments, one of the most memorable would be watching Rickman steal the show from Kevin Costner in the oft-derided Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Right then and there, I understood what true acting genius was, and I've been a fan of Rickman's ever since. In a career spanning decades, it's impossible to mention every one of his nuanced roles with the passion he deserves, but here are some of the roles that most moved me, and the films I'll be re-watching this week in his honor.
More: British icon Alan Rickman dies of cancer at 69
Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
I first saw Rickman in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, and I immediately fell in love with him. He was so charismatic as the Sheriff of Nottingham that I was almost rooting for him to win just to hear him speak a few more excellent words. His voice, his intense stare and his incredible sense of timing turned a supporting character into the one I couldn't wait to see more of. People walked out of that movie talking about two things: Costner's refusal to do a British accent, and how Rickman absolutely stole the show.
Die Hard
Although Die Hard was Rickman's first American film role, it was actually the second film I saw him in (probably because my parents didn't think I was quite ready for terrorist takeovers at the age of 12). In any case, the film left an indelible impression on me, and to this day, I teach it in my screenwriting class as the ultimate '80s action film. Rickman's Hans Gruber is one of the best villains of all time — charismatic, charming and creepily sexy. The electricity he brings to the screen is palpable, and you can't help but love him, even as you hope John McClane kicks his criminal butt.
Sense and Sensibility
If I had a bit of a crush on Rickman before Sense and Sensibility came out, this film cemented the deal. In the movie, he plays the honorable and patient Colonel Brandon — a man so admirable that I literally squirmed in my seat with impatience every time he came on screen. I was in high school when the movie came out, so notions of chivalry and honor felt like things that belonged in fairy tales. And yet, there was the incredibly silken-voiced Rickman wearing his heart on his sleeve in every frame, even if Marianne (played by Kate Winslet) couldn't (or wouldn't) see it.
Galaxy Quest
Galaxy Quest is one of my absolute favorite Rickman movies. It may be because at the time of its release, my family and I were in medical crisis mode after almost losing my father — and we desperately needed to laugh. We all piled in the car to see the film and then laughed ourselves silly, thanks in large part to Rickman's hilarious performance. It was exactly what we needed, and I felt an immense sense of gratitude to him and the cast for bringing so much levity into our (at the time) heavy lives.
In the film, the normally straightlaced Brit lampoons his own seriousness to bring us the long-suffering Alexander Dane, a Shakespearean actor tired of the fame his overwhelmingly popular sci-fi persona, Dr. Lazarus, has brought him. He has some truly delicious one-liners, delivering them with such skill that you can't help but cheer him on. Also, he still manages to look handsome in that ridiculous makeup.
Love Actually
Full disclosure: I am not a Love Actually fan. I saw the movie when it came out, with three of my overly gushing friends, and kind of hated it. The pat storylines, the cheesy dialogue — none of it worked for me. But Rickman's character, Harry, broke my heart. He was absolutely the right balance of a cool, distant, workaholic husband and father.
More: Nobody knew about Emma Thompson's secret admirer in Love Actually
So when Karen (Emma Thompson) opened Harry's crappy Christmas gift on Christmas Eve, I wanted to reach through the screen and punch him! I bawled like a total idiot because Harry was so completely clueless as to the destruction he was raining down on Karen's heart, and it just slayed me.
Harry Potter
Rickman has played several memorable roles between, and since, playing Severus Snape in the Harry Potter films, but his years-long role as one of the most misunderstood (and tortured) characters of the series is truly unforgettable. The stillness, severity and pain that Rickman brought to the role made Snape's truth all the more moving when it was finally realized at the close of the franchise.
More: Alan Rickman's Harry Potter co-stars and other celebs react to his death
And just in case you haven't already shed enough tears over our loss of this incredibly talented man, here is a well-crafted collection of clips showing Snape's heroism, and Rickman's incredible talent and humanity.
Harry Potter - Severus Snape clip
I could go on and on about his talents and how much I'll miss seeing him perform, and I'll always regret not getting to see him in one of his many award-winning live theater performances, but his work truly does speak for itself. In what often feels like a vast sea of entertainers, Rickman stood out as a serious talent, craftsman and role model, and he will definitely be remembered as such.

Celebrity Big Brother in trouble for airing reaction to Bowie's death
More: David Bowie's ex-wife received news of his death in heartbreaking way
Media watchdog Ofcom told MailOnline that they had received the complaints in relation to Tuesday night's episode of the reality TV show.
Specifically, viewers found scenes of 66-year-old Angie crying in the Diary Room after she learned of Bowie’s death to be inappropriate.
Further complaints were made in respect of the dramatic scenes between Angie and fellow CBB housemate, U.S. reality star Tiffany Pollard, when Tiffany completely misunderstood what had happened.
After confiding in John Partridge and David Gest, and agreeing to keep the news secret from the other housemates, Angie changed her mind and decided to tell Tiffany too.
However Tiffany misheard and thought another David had died — David Gest, who was currently tucked up in the bedroom.
To be fair, we can totally see how Tiffany jumped to that conclusion. Angie’s words to her were: "You gotta do me a favour — you can't say a word. David's dead."
As Tiffany started to shriek, Angie said, "I love you... stop it! They're all gonna know."
"You’re playing, I know you’re joking," Tiffany responded.
"Are you crazy? Would I do something like that to you?" Angie said, still thinking they were talking about her ex-husband. "It just happened now. Cancer. Please stay calm... This was not what I planned to do."
More: Tribute tweets pour in following the announcement of David Bowie's death
By this point, Tiffany was distraught, but pulled herself together long enough to declare: "We got to get everyone together… I feel sick. I need a drink."
The two housemates still had their wires completely crossed when Angie returned to the Diary Room, at which point Tiffany rushed to the garden to tell the other housemates what she thought had happened.
"I can't keep this a secret, she told me not to tell anybody... I'm not able to not tell anyone. I hope she's just joking but she said she's not, she told me that David is dead," she blurted out.
The horrified housemates raced to the bedroom, where they found Gest alive and simply a little under the weather.
"David, she just told me that you're dead!" yelled Tiffany.
As if that wasn't dramatic enough, several housemates — still unaware of Bowie's death — then turned on Tiffany for seemingly trying to convince them Gest was dead, including Danniella Westbrook, who called her "f***ing sick".
Taking refuge in the Diary Room again, Angie told Big Brother: "It's a mess! It's a comedy of errors. I forgot that she screams; she started screaming. She didn't know who I was talking about.
"She started giving me this look like I was an idiot, because I looked like I was crying. I looked like I was so weak and stupid that I was crying because I was sick. My pride made me not handle it correctly, yet again it developed into another drama."
Seriously — you couldn't script this stuff.
A spokesperson for CBB told MailOnline in a statement: "After being told of the tragic news off-camera yesterday by her own representative, Angie made the decision — entirely of her own accord — to remain in the Celebrity Big Brother House and to continue participating in filming. The option to leave the house remains open to Angie at any time. It is always the show's aim to represent and reflect the day’s events accurately to viewers."

The Power Of Internet Video Marketing with Videography.online
You've probably seen TV shopping info ads. Even if you didn't end up buying the product advertised on TV, you must admit that seeing a demonstration of the product's performance can be very persuasive and can induce many TV shoppers to part with their money.
Demo videos are truly powerful, and the good news is, you can make use of this power in the internet. You can market your company or products using internet videos.
Why Use Internet Videos for Internet Marketing
Internet videos are fast becoming the trendy way of advertising your products to potential customers. All you need to do is create a demonstration like the infomercials you see on TV through which you can extol the merits of your products, systems or services.
Internet video presentations are more interesting
Internet videos are way better than mere text or graphic advertisements. Nowadays, consumers suffer from information overload. The internet is prolific in content and the internet user and consumer can hardly catch up. They just glance over titles, subtitles and some bits and pieces of the paragraphs in between. If your text fails to hold their interest, say goodbye to potential sales.
Internet video presentations are better because in a matter of a few minutes, your customers can learn about your products in a more interesting and engaging manner. Videos are more dynamic than text ads and are therefore more attention grabbing. Because your target consumer can see your product in action; they no longer have to imagine it, they beat text ads.
Internet video presentations are more convenient
