New Review on 3/4 Sit-Up
Exercise: 3/4 Sit-Up
Review: Great demonstration in my opinion. For me, something as simple as using dumbells as an anchor has really revolutionized my workout. When it comes to strengthening my core, it really comes down to just working those abs. Plus, when my abs are weak on some days, I can see my quad muscles compensating when I'm doing the same exercise. So many variations one can put into this exercise...which I have.
