Exercise:
Arm Circles Review: Because I sit at a desk all day, this exercise is important to me. I set my timer for 60 minutes and at the end of each interval I do 200 arms circles. So, by the end of the day, I've done over 1,000. I can feel that my shoulders are stronger. I really get a lot of benefit from this very simple exercise!
