Exercise:
Jog In Place Review: On active-rest days when I am not able to make it into the gym for my 20-30 minutes cardio I'll often incorporate this exercise in between butt kicks, walking up and down a stair case and performing high knee movements. Great way to make use of your home as a 'HIIT' circuit.
